In order to arrange delivery, we may need to share some of your information with our delivery providers. These providers are not authorised to use your information for any purpose other than to deliver your order.

When you shop with us, your order details, personal, and payment information will not be shared with anyone outside of the necessary transaction process. Your order summary and delivery information will be forwarded to the freight company to facilitate shipping.

5. Payment and Credit Card Security
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand, the price will be GST inclusive, and you will be responsible for any customs or other duties payable upon arrival at your destination.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and bank deposits. If you wish to pay by bank deposit, please email us directly at hello@globalvillageartisans.com with your order.
Customer security is a top priority for us. We use Shopify, a PCI-CSS secure service provider, to process payments. All your credit card details are encrypted to the highest commercially available security level, as required by Visa and Mastercard worldwide. As we utilise secure hosting providers to process all payments, we do not have access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any time.
